4. Fabrication
Signs are hand-bent LED neon on laser-cut acrylic, wired with a UL-listed driver and tested for 24 hours before packing.
5. Delivery & install
Ships crated with mounting hardware, standoffs and a plug-and-play dimmer. Outdoor builds ship IP65 rated.

How long does production take?
Standard production is 10–14 business days after proof approval. Rush production is 5–7 business days for 25% more.
Can you match my brand colors?
Yes. Send a hex or Pantone reference with your quote and we match the closest LED neon tone, then confirm on the proof.
Are the signs outdoor rated?
Choose the outdoor option in the designer and your sign ships with IP65 sealing and weatherproof wiring.
What is covered by the warranty?
Two years on LED tubing, drivers and workmanship. We ship replacement parts and walk you through the swap.
